Exceptional service - highly recommend!
I needed to install a hitch for a bike rack and within days of my first call it was installed. Other places would sell you the hitch but no installation and you would need to wait one week or longer to have it installed. At King City Trailers you get it all in one place. I dealt with several of the staff from reception to sales to the installation crew and all provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend King City Trailers.

I had trailer hitch installed by KCT. Overall, it was positive experience and the job was done well. There was some confusion with the type of installation even though I clearly provided my instructions ahead of time. I decided to keep it as is as this is a leased car that I will return in 4 years anyway.

I don't usually feel compelled to rate businesses but in this instance it was absolutely necessary. Shout out to Keith who went over and above my needs, I was looking for a drop hitch for my truck and in these trying times Keith exhausted all of his options and found me what I was after and at a competitive price. On top of being extremely personable and knowledgable Keith kept in touch with me through out the day to let me know where he was at. Way to go Keith!

Overall they had everything I was looking for. Set me up with this trailer bought it and drove it away the next day. I have bought trailers and had them on the road the same day more than just once. I have also bought trailers from other people that take a couple of days to get them license and plated so maybe it's 50-50. They did have it for me the very next day. also hooked me up with the cap on my truck and the Kick-Ass ladder rack. They did scuff up the box on my truck while they were installing it but I'm still waiting for them to make good for it and I'm sure they will keeping my fingers crossed anyways wouldn't want to have to come back on here and change my rating I know it was in the middle of winter and their men were all wearing outside gear. But they were all rubbing up on my brand new s*** definitely not helping me accessorize my brand new truck. Although I was there getting a work box and ladder rack put on there wasn't a mark on it. And it left with quite a few so I've been hesitant to give my 5 stars although they did have a good display of everything that I was looking for and they were able to order everything I asked for brand new came in a reasonable time it didn't take them long to put it on. For the most part I'm very happy. The small scratches and such will eventually be taken care of I'm sure. I mean it is a little disappointing spending $15,000 on brand new stuff for your brand new truck and when it's all put together there's damage left behind kind of not cool hopefully I'll be able to come back on here and say how they took care of everything and I am so happy
