Bought a fireplace from them recently and I'm more than please with the end result. The staff are highly knowledgeable and take the time to understand your requirements before recommending a product. Recommend them to anyone who is looking for a heat source from a reliable and creditable company.
The product itself is great. The customer service and installation is another story. I would not recommend this business. Customer satisfaction is NOT high on their list after purchase.

Bought an insert that kept my large home warm during the power outage last year. The advice and install were professional and done with integrity. I will be going back to buy 2 more stoves here for my new home. The staff has a deep knowledge of the products and work to make sure there is a clear match between client need and the product. They take the time to explain the science behind each of the products and how that plays into the regulations in Ontario for pollution etc.
Most of all, there is a genuine love of what they do and their desire to best serve the needs of the customer. That pulls it all together.
