(February 22, 2019, 12:25 pm)It's frustrating at times dealing with the staff. The younger workers (quite a few) were extremely lazy in terms of applying themselves. Not all of course but there are those workers... I was once asked by a worker if they could put chipotle in my chipotle cheddar wrap as there was no other alternatives supposedly. I looked at her dumbfounded at the very idea that she could ask such a question. But in fact she was honest, I then examined her to see what led to such behaviour and I noticed she was staring blankly into empty space, admiring her nails and proceeding to mindlessly wipe the counter when it was spotless(what the ****)... On a more positive note it honestly is the best Tim's maybe in the whole 100km radius as I have seen firsthand how bad other locations were. The staff are so polite and never have shown disrespect. To be honest for the people that expect 5/5 service please be realistic and understand that it's fast food dont be sensitive to the way a worker addresses you. Also please fix the afternoons so that every worker knows that chipotle DOES go in the chipotle cheddar wrap thank you.
(January 13, 2019, 5:18 pm)Staff is very friendly. However this location is often understaffed especially on weekends. The weekday staff is very efficient, especially when it comes to knowing customer orders.
