I have trained at many gyms for the last 15 years and I'm glad I finally found a studio with great energy. I never thought that joining a small, intimate studio would have the same great energy and personal trainers that a big gym would have. KNG fitness studio meets all my fitness goals and needs! This studio is a truly wholistic approach to health and wellness.
