6ix Burgers Markham

We placed an online pick-up order for burgers and sandwiches, but they messed it up. In two 401 burgers we asked to add bacon, but they didn't. In the Northside sandwiches, there were a few mix-ups with the toppings we requested. Also, they didn't give us a drink with the combo. We tried calling them many times but no one picked up the phone. I am writing this because there was no other way of communicating my concern. This is our second time ordering from here, and they made our first order perfectly. Both times, their food was delicious, but this time they made a few errors.

Burgers were ok, not too bad .
This place needs a crash course in customer service. There are so many restaurants in the GTA, not learning people skills will have your place shut down real quick.
While waiting for my order, one of the employees dropped raw burger meat and instead of disposing it in the trash, he placed it onto the counter.
A women there noticed, and his only excuse was that his hands were dirty that's why he placed the meat there. 🤷‍♂️

Easily the best burger place in Markham, with so many different options! Easy to make changes in the burgers and a hidden gem for milkshakes and funnel cakes! And did I mention it's cheap as hell! Rivals gourmet burger places in quality!
Staff is also really nice and accommodating!

Excellent burger and cheeseburger. Fries were good and the chocolate and strawberry shakes were amazing.

Definitely will be going back. Want to try the rings.
