Alliance French Toronto - Markham Campus

Alliance Francaise is a really great school, it's a very open environment where you can feel comfortable expanding your French language skills. The students and teachers are all very supportive, and Mme. Virginie Wong has been a brilliant instructor :)

Going to this school has helped me develop not only my skills in French, but has also improved my own character. Sitting in a classroom with different students has given the me the opportunity to engage with others in the French language. My teacher, Mme. Virginie Wong has supported me from the first day I entered class. I went from being one of the most quiet kids to someone who could interact with others in both languages. It is without a doubt that I have gained more confidence in my French skills during the past year. As a student preparing for the IB diploma, my loving teacher and friendly peers have helped me improve my French, both in orals and written.

I am attending this school at the moment and the staffs are very pleasant. My teacher, Mme. Virginie, who is very pleasant ,is very patient with the students and teaches very well. I have improved my French since starting with this school. The principal of the school, Mr. Jean Ng is always involves with the students and always make sure that we do our best. Also, he always look out for the students, like making sure that they are being picked up and go home safely.

My daughter studied at Alliance Francaise (Markham) for 1.5 years to prepare her to transition from Grade 9 in English language school to Grade 10 in French language school. Alliance Francaise did an excellent job preparing her for this transition; after only 4 months at French language school, she was an A+ student and was helping classmates with French grammar. Thank you Jean and Alliance Francaise!

Since our children started taking classes at this campus, their day-time schools teachers have noted there has been marked improvement in their French competencies, especially their spoken language. We give their teachers at AF, who have been working very hard to help my children, all the credits.

The secretary is very friendly, and the Principal is a very approachable and down-to-earth person.

This campus is very convenient. There's a big parking space, a Tim Horton's if you want to drink or eat something while waiting; or if you want to do your grocery shopping while your children are in class, you have a grocery store across the street. We love this campus!
