We ordered our Mr. Steam unit from Prince and he was very helpful from the start of our conversation. He had a lot of knowledge about the different steam shower brands and was able to guide us to the right unit based on the our discussion and seeing a picture of our shower. He ordered what we needed and told us it would take several weeks for it to arrive. Once it arrives he will be guiding us through the process required for installation as well. Prince was patient with us and answered all our questions. He made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase and we would recommend him to our family and friends.

Yosh was extremely helpful and patient, as I was choosing plumbing fixtures and faucets for 7 bathrooms. It was a complicated order, but everything was ordered correctly and has been received. Great knowledge and attention to detail!
