Always pleasant helpful staff. However, I have found that they are consistently out of samples. Considering the majority of their skin Care and cosmetics are in the highest price range, I feel that it is not only a wise promotion method for companies to prove the benefits of their products, but also provide the consumer with the opportunity to try new products lines to compare if the results are more satisfactory then the cosmetic line they have been faithful to. From conversations I've had with various staff, the issue appears to be that the Cosmetic staff take the samples for themselves. I understand that the suppliers frequently offer workshops and trial products for the staff, (a wise tool to improve employee enthusiasm for these products). This being the case, I feel that the supplies should take an active part in ensuring that the same they provide, are generously offered to clientel. I have been a loyal Elizabeth Arden customer for 15 years. I am, however, open to trying new products. At the high cost of these products, this would only happen If was offered samples so I could compare results. I have found this to be an issue at every Shoppers Beautiful Boutique I have shopped at.
