This was my first time dealing with insurance as I just bought my first car, and Stephanie was super helpful in getting everything sorted out for me! She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Amazing overall experience!

My first impression was 1) no such wait time when you call Begin insurance in comparison to TD. 2) Stephanie was the most helpful person in the insurance industry that I encountered in my life in Canada. 3) She is very prompt to answer and address all of my concerns to get the best rate. 4) She is very thorough and patient and professional and friendly. And although I was late shopping around and just having 4 days to renew my insurance, she provided me a new policy on time just in 2 days.
