Excellent service. I bought a laptop for my wife. I did a lot of research before I go and I still comes up lot of questions (as I don't know lot about computer). I can't decide until a staff called Raymond serve me. He is very patient and answered all my questions. He gave me some advices that I don't even think about of. Finally I made my decision and feel comfortable with it.

Had my first and the best experience at this Best Buy on busy Friday night, my son went to purchase new head phones, my daughter left my husband’s gold ring at the mac books display table, we didn’t realize until we arrived home hours later. We drove back to the store, now almost at closing time. I encountered the assistant manager just as I walked in and solicited her help, on giving a description of the ring she acknowledged that it was turned in and in their safe. We were ecstatic. She couldn’t confirm if it was a customer or employee who turned it in. We are truly grateful for the quick action and honesty of that person and for Best Buy securing it. Thank you!!
