Service has been great, can set my watch to our pickups. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and their pricing is very competitive vs the larger players. Certificate of destruction provided with each pickup. Nice flexibility with regards to pickup frequency, # boxes etc. Perfect for our office as we grow. Can't recommend them enough.

Being able to contact the company via website to request a quotation was a great benefit. The sales rep who returned the call came and viewed the premises before providing a quote which was good so that there were no surprised with respect to surprise charges. The driver called before arriving and was on time with his estimate of arrival. The drivers were very friendly, polite, and did an amazing job. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the quoted price and the price calculated after the job but this was efficiently resolved.
