Without the incredible care, advocacy and support from Raymond and the team at Canaan, we the Catholic Women’s League (CWL) at Holy Rosary parish in Milton would absolutely not have been able to afford the beautiful bench we now have to commemorate the CWL’s 100th anniversary of service in Canada (1920-2020).This bench offers our parishioners respite in a comfortable spot when being dropped off for or picked up from Mass.

We ordered a memorial bench for our son through Canaan Site Furnishings.It arrived damaged and we had to ship it back for repairs. 5 months after a few screws fell out and screws on the memorial plaque were rusted but the customer service was great and they took care of it quickly and efficiently.

Winsely was a great help to me in sourcing a product I required for a client. The product was ready when promised and my client is very happy with it. I have used them again for a second order and will continue to use them.

We purchased the belt stanchions several years ago and while they still worked perfectly the plastic holders at the ends of the belt were braking from lots of wear and tear. I contacted Stanchions Canada and Terri was so helpful in finding the right replacement parts for our sets.

The new plastic holders arrived in just two days, but I was stumped as to how to remove the old ones and put on the new ones. So once again I contacted Stanchions Canada and explained my lack of mechanical ability to Rankine who then took the time and effort to put together a collection of clear photos and instructions for changing the parts. It worked perfectly, now our stanchion sets are like new again!
