(February 12, 2020, 7:23 pm)I have had ongoing health issues for past two years and recently decided to make guided lifestyle changes. Happy to report that HEAL program at Canmed clinics has helped me get a great start to that. I am already feeling less tired in the afternoons, less heart burns and happy to report have lost a few pounds too. So far so good, hope to continue on wellness journey through and beyond the program, Thanks canmed.
