Doing yoga twice a week during the pandemic makes my body condition and mental heath stable. Nana always fix my posture very well even though we do the lessons online! I am very happy that I found a great instructor like Nana!

A clean, friendly, and safe environment to train with an amazing instructor, Vince, who welcomes everyone at different levels. New to Muay Thai, I am loving the workouts and training with other members who are so kind and supportive.

Best place to get your sweat on! Vince is an experienced and knowledgeable instructor. I’ve learned technique , strength, and endurance all while having fun!!

My son really enjoys learning Muay Thai kickboxing here and looks forward to his lessons every week.

Coach Vince of 9 Spears is an amazing teacher. Not only is he very skilled in Muy Thai, but is very patient while teaching and guides/instructs individual students during each lesson. He recognizes each students’ ability and potential, and fosters a safe and welcoming environment for both children and adults. My son and I love his class (I am registered in the adult class). His favourite is when he gets to spar and train with coach Vince one-on-one! Highly recommend!
