Starbucks

Great experience at this Starbucks location! Operator Asif was kind enough to treat me to a coffee. Very much appreciate the gesture. A simple kind offer can jump start a person's day. Each time I visit, Asif is very involved in the store and the team. It is a pleasure to visit this store and I am glad that there is still a focus on giving customers a positive experience. Thank you again for the coffee!!

As stated in previous Starbucks locations. It was great. But it's not an independent cafe. For that I'll never exceed 3 stars. That's not to say I won't continue to reload my card and continue to go back time and time again.

I usually stop here enroute for my morning drink to work, but I was taking advantage of the happy hour event going on today 5/9 - when I went to pick up my order there was a long queue already and only 3 staff on duty. I knew it was going to take a while and it wasn't anyone's fault other than whenever scheduled people in even when knowing there was a promo going on.

My drink ended up taking a full 45 minutes from mobile to completion but I want to applaud Sabrina for her dedicated customer service throughout. She had a positive attitude and apologized to each client when she made their drink.

I don't think the staff on duty at the time we're ready for the influx of orders as well so there's a window of opportunity for improvement there.
