Chapters Markham

Very nice location. This chapters has a Starbucks which I REALLY appreciate if I were to drop by for a quick read on some books. It's conveniently located next to Home Depot so you can also just grab and go for some errands daily. I sometimes come to this Chapters to brush up on some online web books or just business books in general. The layout is okay. They have good chocolates for sale in the cashier lines.

I love it here, even if I don't want anything I go there to spend some time enjoying all the products. (and I always end up buying something.) Staff are really helpful, kind and friendly.

One of the best store!! This location is clean and tidy all the time. Products are neatly stacked most if the other places are messed up with few items on the wrong shelves. Employees keep doing rounds to place them on the right place that's the best part of this location. Good customer service and faster checkout.

A great chapters, large, roomy and lively. The best part of a recent experience there was that they had invited a local area school to come with their high school band class to perform an evening of music and poetry. This added a great vibe to the place and elevated the experience at the store from a regular bookstore to one filled with music and artistic creativity. It drew me to the store and made for an enjoyable and memorable experience. More of this is a good idea, especially during the dark, wintry months. Well done Chapters!
