(March 20, 2019, 1:41 am)This review is not to complain but more like a recommendation for your improvement. I went to the branch, lined up and asked a lady who was one of your CSRs to find someone for me to discuss mortgage options. I spoke with her in English, with no sign of struggle with the language or not understanding her. She asked me, “are you ok with speaking in English?” I said, “of course”, with complete shock at her question.
She obviously somehow made the presumption that I probably have difficulty with English as I am a racial minority. This employee needs to be better trained. I cannot imagine how other people of the same background or experience would feel about this kind of judgment.
(June 14, 2018, 2:49 am)Advisor is helpful with my investment. Whenever I went to the branch, staff members working at the time were more than happy to assist me. They promptly resolved my issue. I loved the way they knew most of the clients that were walking in and address them by their names. That is definitely a good customer service!
