Looking back, there were times I lost patience and wanted to put offers down on sub-par units. But Denis was the one who had standards when I didn’t have the patience to. There were so many instances where we could have easily closed on a purchase, and he would have moved on to his next client, but Denis truly understood what I was looking for and never let me stray from it. I never doubted once whether or not he had my best interests at heart.
Denis is a hustler. He is extremely thorough - providing market analyses, briefing calls after viewings, etc. and is super attentive and responsive.
Aside from being an expert at what he does, it was simply just a fun time going through this process with him. He can be both a serious guy capable of putting in aggressive offers for you, but also someone you can just the shoot the sh*t with. Buying a home is not a quick process - make sure you do it with someone you can have a great time with AND trust wholeheartedly.
