Vivian was amazing as she answered all of our questions and helped run through the numbers and then paperwork. Kevin was fantastic and took great care of us as well. He was very friendly, efficiently knowledgeable, and made sure we were happy with everything. We experienced excellent customer service from both Vivian and Kevin. My husband and I will definitely return to this Lexus dealership for our future car needs.

Also as a side note, I wanted to point out how impressed I was that this dealership strongly followed all the current regulations and rules regarding social distancing and wearing face masks. Every single Lexus representative that I saw wore a mask, seats and tables were sanitized before and after each visit, and there were physical distancing signs and markers everywhere. Excellent job at making your customers feel safe and at ease at your dealership.
