(July 22, 2021, 9:06 pm)Dr. CHENG is very polite and nice. However his receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. They're very unhelpful when they pick up the phone or they don't pick up at all. I've seen the way they interact with other people in person and I can see customers are also very annoyed with their attitude.

However, one of the receptionists is very rude and impatient, whether talking on the phone or in person with the patient. Her attitude makes the patient very unhappy.
