Dr. Ken H. Ng, Family Physician

I have been a patient at Dr. Ng’s office for approx. 18 years. His team is very professional and knowledgeable. I have had nothing but positive experiences with both Dr. Ng and Dr. Musclow. Ms. Musclow has been very supportive, non-judgemental, open-minded and updated on medical practices and medications. Appointment bookings are very reasonable (within a few business days, you will receive an in-person appointment or over the phone). However, I would like to point out that if you are calling to book an appointment, be prepared to have to speak to an extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL secretary. Her phone etiquette is HORRIFIC and UNACCEPTABLE. This is not just a “bad day” for her …… it’s been like this for YEARS!!!!!! Fortunately though, if you happen to get lucky and get one of the “other” administration staff/secretaries, you will be happy. 👌🏻 😊

Dr. Ken Ng is one of the best family Doctors. He is very thorough and is very kind and caring. He always makes him self available. He is also very patient and does not rush and always explains.
