Just bought a water softener last week and experienced one of the best customer service. I was surprised and pleased to receive a follow up call after the purchase/install to make sure everything met my standards. This proved to me they care about their customers more so than the sale.
Sayda and her son were very patient and knowledgeable, hence made it a no brainer to buy their product after 10 years of being dedicated to culligan. The new softener is efficient, advance, sleek, compact and user friendly. I would highly recommend.

It has been a blessing to find a place so close to where I live and purchase RO filtered, high quality drinking water. I like the concept of do-it- yourself at an affordable price. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend getting your drinking water at Waterelated , Ecowater Systems, Markham.
I recently moved to the area and needed to find an new alternative for clean R/O water. The store i went to previously was quite far and though i made the trip a few times, it's not something i wanted to continue.
I've tried a few water stores in the area but after going to Ecowater Systems (Waterelated) I haven't looked back. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. They make the process of cleaning/refilling very easy and the best part of it all is the water itself.
In short the water tastes fantastic. I've refilled at many stores and this is definitely at the top! Even family members who dislike R/O due to not enjoying the taste have come around.
Try it out for yourself, definitely worth it!
Ecowater Systems Markham is a reputable company and the owner and employees are very professional. I have them installed our RO drinking water system in our house and I am very satisfied with the installer. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this company.
