Ed's Fine Imports

Had a solid experience at Ed's; he helped me pick out a different style of pants that I don't normally wear but ones that I am now very happy with. Great selection and service.

Positives:
Staff were very helpful. They provided me with options for a suit i needed for a wedding. Corey was very helpful and I was able to take a few pictures and get opinions before purchasing it the next day. I went in the next day(Saturday August 29th) and was able to quickly try on my selection again and get it tailored for me. Suit looks very nice and fits nicely

Negatives:
I was provided with someone else's receipt. I contacted the store on August 29th(by email) to ask for my receipt and to confirm if the End of Summer discount was provided(advertised on facebook and their website) and if I should go in on Monday August 31 if needed while the sale was still going on. I received the receipt by email. However, they informed me that the summer sale did not apply to formal wear. I found this to be dishonest as

1) The facebook and website posting stated the sale was for the entire site excluding masks and other offers(the suit i purchased was not on sale and I purchased it on Aug 29th during the sale period)
2)When I added my suit on the website(Same size, Colour and Sku), the discount could be applied
3)the receipt i received showed they honored the 30% discount on top of the 198 sale price(original price 235) for the other customer's wingtips purchase

It's hard to believe this was an honest mistake as the purchase was near the end of the sale where they could have edited the discount on the website and included formal where in the exclusion. They also honored it for another customer when it was part of the exclusions they posted on the website.

While the suit looks nice and fits nicely, the negatives really does not make me want to recommend this store.

I've only have suits from Ed's. 10/10
Ed is super helpful and got all my clothes on time and exactly what I wanted, very professional.

Great products and great customer service. Found out about this great store through The Dean Blundell Show Podcast on Apple Podcasts. Really great quality of clothing selection. Keep up the great work and great products.

My husband was referred to Ed to top up his wardrobe for a new job. He felt right at home the second he walked in. He left with more than expected and has never looked better! Ed's fine imports is the ONLY store to consider!! Excellent selection , great quality and genuine helpful staff
