The install guys were polite and worked quickly . The post install inspection was timely and thorough . (September 15, 2019, 1:03 am)We bought windows some years ago and they were starting to show their age. We visited Eticom and saw windows that looked like our old ones, but they were different. When we tested them we felt that the windows were strong and the customer service rep told us they were extremely durable. She went on to cite the materials that made the windows strong and why they compared better than other windows on the market. What it came down to was the hardware and the construction of the windows that gave the strength and durability to withstand Canadian weather.
