Felicia reached out to me about the Child Safety Kids I requested online. She then offered to set up an appointment with me and my husband the following day to go over the kit and discussed the benefits. Initially, I had concerns about disclosing personal information or pressured into buying products or services our family doesn't need. I was upfront and shared my concerns with Felicia. She was very understanding and assured me that our call will only go over how to use the Safety Kit and discuss things that relevant to me and my family. During the call, Felicia was very pleasant and polite. At no point were we pressured into buying anything, instead she shared some very important information that all parents need to know. We finally decided to make a Will. Thought we would just get forms in the mail or email link. I was surprised that they wanted to sit and talk with us and explain things we did not even think about. Our meeting was very informative. We spoke with Daniel Harper who was very easy to speak with and very capable of answering all of our questions that had arisen during our conversation.
