(December 30, 2019, 6:11 pm)A fantastic clean facility void of the Douchey Gym feel of big box Gyms. With a friendly atmosphere that's inviting. The expertise of the staff is nothing short of being brilliant. Personal trainers are highly knowledgeable and motivation is at an all time high also.

(October 28, 2019, 3:34 pm)Highly recommend this facility! I started my fitness journey about 6 months ago to gain strength and lose body fat. So far I have lost about 15lbs of healthy weight and have never been this fit in my life! All the trainers are highly educated and fix form if you are not doing it the exercise properly and so much more.
