Float Valley

Float valley is my go to place for anything related to relaxation. You can tell the owner, Nadeem, has put thought into every aspect of this business. The entire experience from the front door to the float tank is welcoming, clean and relaxing. You can feel the serene vibes as soon as you enter which helps to put you into the right mindset before entering into the tank. I personally love the ocean tanks, and the refreshing shampoo and conditioner when you rinse afterwards is always such a treat! I've also started going there for infrared saunas to detox and have even popped by for their ice baths and Lucia light drop in sessions. Highly recommend for all services!

My boyfriend and I recently had our first float experience here! The atmosphere was zen and spa-like and the staff were professional. We tried the infrared sauna (100% recommend - we felt great afterward!) and an hour float session. Floating was like nothing we had ever experienced before and we're eager to try it again!

Dr. Marianne Ralph saw me for my initial consultation and gave me an adjustment. The experience and knowledge she has made me feel comfortable going to her for my chiropractic needs and immediately made my knee feel better! I did a virtual Goddess retreat with Stefanie and Nadine. The excitement began a couple of days before the retreat when I received a yummy kit of crystals and jewelry-making supplies. On the day of the retreat, after some introductions and intention-setting, we did yoga with Stefanie. It was a great way to start. Her clear instruction and accessible poses helped me release and bring presence to the retreat. Then we learned about crystals and made bracelets with Nadine. I had received enough supplies to make one for me and one for my daughter. They are gorgeous and we love them! This was a novel, creative and fun event and I look forward to future workshops with Stefanie and Nadine.
