Fontana Elegant Condominiums

After reading some of the reviews, I thought the management office team would be unorganized and horrible. To my surprise, the management office team was actually super helpful and friendly. They helped me resolve some questions and inquiries. Even the cleaning staff are super friendly and nice.

The gym is pretty decently sized, never had to wait for a workout machine. My absolute FAVORITE part of the condo would be the FULL SIZE basketball court though. Instead of renting courts to play badminton/ basketball, I can save money and play downstairs! Super convenient and close.

The location is super convenient, right next to the VIVA bus stop, and you don't hear any noises from the bus stop. It's close by First Markham Place as well, with their variety of Chinese food selection, I can always find something there that I am craving for (I usually crave for Asian food). Since I work in Downtown Toronto, it is super convenient that the condo building is close to two major expressways (404 & 407), so in situations where I need to drive to work, being close to a highway is a huge plus.

I would recommend Fontana to a friend or family! Hopefully they move as well!! haha

Beautiful lobby and helpful concierge. I love the amenities here. I don't need a gym membership anymore since have everything I use here. The pool is full sized and clean. The gym is nice and big. They have plenty of visitors parking spaces underground, it makes everything easier when having friends and family over.

I am a new owner at Fontana Condominium. I love the neighbors and the neighborhood. Facility is great. We use the multi court and the swimming pool very often. My neighbors and my family play badminton several times a week. The online booking is right at the fingertips. Gym room is relatively large enough to accommodate the tenants. My son goes to Unionville High. He doesn't have to take a long commute to school like before. The surrounding area is quiet and has a lot of green. This location is close to the highway and close to the restaurants. My son can walk to the restaurant in a plaza nearby to eat when we are not home. People has negative comments for the management office but my experience with them was rather pleasant.
