(July 5, 2020, 7:43 pm)We were having some issues with the VoIP phone system and the fine folks at Genvoice were patient and worked hard to help us try to diagnose what the problem was. Long story short, it turned out to be a Rogers issue but throughout the whole ordeal, Genvoice was there trying to help us diagnose what the problem might be.
