(April 11, 2019, 5:10 am)Excellent customer service. There was a problem with my order through Geox at Home and my shoes did not come in as expected. When I called to ask about the order, they took extra time to track down the shoes, checked at various locations and quickly delivered the shoes to the store. However, the shoes were damaged and could not be sold to me. To make up for the difficulty, they showed me comparable shoes and I ended up buying three more pairs for the family, taking advantage of a store discount promotion offered at the time. Thanks Geox. I appreciated the time and care they took to resolve my problem.
