Since my knee injury playing soccer it was hard to find a way to recover. Surgery and physical therapy were definitely the right starting point to heal and strengthen my knee but I did not feel like myself to get back to sports and enjoy outdoors with my kids.

Glen help me balance my body and step by step feel better and feel more confidence, to the point where I do not think about my knee with every step I take and I am not afraid of doing what I love with the people I love.

I've never been one who enjoyed working out, and always found myself losing interest of going to the gym after a month or so, until I started training with Glen. It has been 5 months of consistent training and conversation on how to improve my balance and ability to move as a Dancer, and I can honestly say that my body has never been as lean and strong as it is now. Working with Glen has allowed me to not only understand that my "weaker" muscles are generally those supporting that "ache or pain", but I can physically feel my muscles activating as I flow through a movement. Whether its a squat or a pirouette, My body has never felt this good to move and cant thank Glen enough for that! I highly recommend GO Performance to anyone looking to take it to the next level!

Recently worked with Glen and haven't met any trainers like him. His approach and process to personal training and muscle mechanics is quite rewarding. He was able to spot and fix several of the muscle imbalances in my body from previous injuries allowing me to train and condition more effectively!

He also understood what my goals were and was able to provide me a great plan according to my schedule and situation. He is definitely passionate about what he does and It's cool that he is also open to educating me about my own muscle group.
