Good Catch Cafe 萬好冰室

A bit of a wait to get on the patio on a Sunday morning but worth it. I had the stewed egg and tomato noodle dish and the baked truffle chicken rice. Both great!

They could use more staff though…. It was difficult getting someone’s attention for service.

First time at Good Catch Cafe. We were there for our late lunch. It was kinda busy because only few tables were available for patio dining. We waited about 15-20mins to be seated. The server was very friendly and helpful. She cleaned the table really well after each customer. The quality of the food was not bad. Nice presentation and the portion was reasonable. Most of the items we ordered was good except for the tomato paste pork chop rice. It needs some improvement on the sauce. It was a bit too sour. Will give it a second chance! It’s a good choice if you want to go for Hong Kong Style cafe food.

An unusual restaurant to share a space with the Good Catch Boil House, but they're shaking up to be a great Hong Kong-style restaurant.

I would say, compared to its competition, Good Catch places a little more emphasis on seafood dishes (for obvious reasons), has a more restricted menu, is a little pricier but also serves above-average fare. Definitely worth a try.

Our first time trying this place and it exceeded my expectations. Not only was the food amazing, portions were big (we had enough for almost 2 meals), prices were fair and the cold drinks are free. Normally cold drinks would have extra charges at other places.

We ordered chicken leg with fries and an additional chicken leg as we normally do. However the chicken leg were both as big as my hand. The omelette was fluffy and silky.

We will definitely be back to try other dishes.
