Returned to this location for my strength training camp last night. They have done an excellent job in ensuring clients are safe. Social distancing, limiting the number of members on the premises at any given time and thorough cleaning of all equipment. Special shout out to my trainer Maggie who gave thorough instructions and had everything set up so we can all safely get back to our regular workouts. ?

I’ve been coming to this club for a while now, it’s been one of my favourite. Not only are the staff members super friendly but they are also professional and help motivate progress. I also leave my child in the Child minding they have on site and the ladies watching the children create an amazing atmosphere for my Little one, not only does she love going there but loves the activities they do with the children on a regular basis. I’d recommend this club to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and super friendly environment to work out in.
