One of the best companies i have worked for in Canada. It was my first job, what an amazing team, always supportive and they value their employees immensely via fair compensation and over the top commissions/ incentives. The work culture is unparalleled to any other call centres you’d have worked for!!
Management and colleagues are very friendly and chilled out. Employees are treated with respect and hours are flexible. Definitely recommend this company if you're looking for an entry level position in sales or customer service. They even have a ping pong table!
Call center guys is one of the best place you can work. The employers are really understanding and practical. They also provide you with good amount of commission with excellent prizes every month for the top sales people which is a great source of motivation.
