Northtown Auto Sales is a reliable auto dealer. Specially Gary is transparent in his communication during deal which is highly appreciable. I got an engine light for oxygen sensor after two days on my Acura MDX and Gary assured me to replace that if the intermittent engine light comes again. This builds the trust on a dealership and peace of mind for your vehicle lifetime.

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership, and Gary in particular. I purchased a 2013 Kia in February, and it has been great. The car was cleaned, washed, and fully safetied.
My only issue is that once I went to pick it up, I noticed some marks on the bumper that had been touched up with the wrong colour paint. These marks weren't visible when I purchased the car due to the snow, slush, and ice, and this section wasn't shown in the ad listings.
However, once I noticed, Gary immediately offered to make it right by repainting my bumper at my convenience for a great price. The shop also touched up a few little marks along the top of my doors and removed some stickers that were on my window at no extra cost.
Gary has always been available when I needed him, and has been great to work with. I appreciate his dedication to customer satisfaction, and recommend Northtown to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I came across a 2006 Honda Accord online and came by the dealership to check it out. I was meet with Gary and he let me test drive the car right away. He was a great guy and he took the time to explain everything about the car to me. After some time talking over with Gary about the car I was confident to make a purchase with him.
A few days after I purchased the car from Gary I did run into dash light in my car. I called Gary right away and he told me to come by the same day. Gary was able to fix the light and I have been on the road with my new car over a month now without any issues.
