Haidilao Hot Pot 海底捞火锅

It was such an amazing experience, out of all the times I’ve had hot pot this was probably the best! Loved how happy the noodle dancer was about pulling noodles. Zoey and Charmaine took great care of us from the moment we walked, would highly recommend.

Wow. My boyfriend and I are from downtown Toronto but we were in the area and found this place from Google.

The food, the service, everything was beyond excellent. Our server was Kevin and he went above and beyond to make sure our first time having Hot Pot was amazing. Very kind, very attentive, very informative. Definitely the best service we’ve had since dining has resumed in Toronto/Ontario. Honestly, the entire staff made sure we were well taken care of.

The Tomato Soup was our fave, along with the assortment mushrooms to add to it. All of the veggies were fresh.

The restaurant even has nice touches like an apron for you to wear when things get messy, and a little baggy to put your mask in to keep it sterile during your meal.

Phenomenal. The service is truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped foot into the store to the last second we left the store, the service by the entire staff is what anyone can confidently say was beyond top notch. They’re attentive and personable and notice even the slightest details that’s unique to each customer. For example I ordered the spicy hot pot and also ordered a spicy dipping sauce, they noticed my preference and asked if I wanted an extra bowl of chili on the side. Midway through our meal, they notice my boyfriend and I were struggling with the (self inflicted) spice, and brought us a cooling dessert to help. Our glasses of water which was small and three mouthfuls at best never went dry, which just comes to show how frequently they attended to us and refilled our waters. Used tissues and empty plates never sat on our table for over two minutes. What an experience. The quality of food is phenomenal with the meal slices thin but abundant in total quantity, just like how hot pot should be and brought back memories of Asia. Being ushered out and handed candies personally when we left. Washrooms had everything from combs, to dry shampoo, to mouth wash, honestly I couldn’t fault anything about this store. And above all, the environment and atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Often hot pot locations have a ventilation concern and everyone comes out smelling like food and overcooked broth post dinner. We came out with our clothes and hair smelling quiet pleasant which was surprising. Absolutely a treat and such a pleasant visit. Thank you JT for making this dining experience such a treat! We truly loved it and definitely coming back.

This hot pot place is a bit pricey but the food was great.

The service given to us by our waiter, Kevin Chen, was top notch. I never review restaurants but I decided to because of how good my waiter was. I dont even really tip too often, unless the service and food are adequate, but I had to tip Kevin for his impeccable service.

My girlfriend had commented that they have the best seasoned chicken for a hot pot place.

I wish they had all you can eat, if they did then it would be an easy 5 star!
