As for their call center, the waiting time is usually not long, some of the agents are knowledgeable and helpful while others are not. Not the best customer service experience and definitely not the worst.
Their back office also made a mistake in the letter I was waiting for, but when I called them back the agent quickly transferred the message to their back office and they quickly resent me the revised letter.

Just paid off my car loan with Honda Finance and they made it so easy. Spoke to a rep a few days ago and he sent me a secure email attachment showing all the relevant information I needed to pay the loan off in full. Spoke with another rep (Patti) today who confirmed that the payment. She also confirmed that a hard copy of the paperwork would be mailed out to me - she suggested sending (and sent) a secured soft copy via email right away for my records. Everything was clear and the responses were quick, helpful, polite and friendly. I was very happy with my experience with Honda Finance in Markham.
