A great builder who cares, compare the additional closing costs with everyone else on the market, where every additional item that the builder can charge back to the buyer is charged back - that alone makes this builder stand out

Great developer who cares deeply about Sustainability and Building technologies, quality and customer service. Considering the lower condo fees compared with carbon driven buildings the cost of ownership is lower than anyting else out there.

The future of sustainable building! I was very impressed with their sales office, team, and decor options available for my new condo. I'm not sure why more builders aren't doing the same. Howland Green Homes has changed my outlook on condos and sustainable living. Every little bit matters.
