Island Ink-Jet & Laser Toners Markham

My after-market ink cartridge was not working, and I went to see Island Ink Jet Markham for advice. Jeff, the counter person asked me to bring in my old printer and I did. Jeff knows his stuff, a real professional, backing up their products and providing a great service. I was out of the store within 15 minutes, making me another happy customer. Highly recommend this Island Ink Jet at Markham, I will be back !

I have been going to this place for several years. I have a Home Office and they have been taking care of all my printing and scanning needs. Jeff is the most honest man you can find in Markham. He goes above and beyond with great, efficient service and awesome attitude. Jeff is passionate about what he does and no one does a better job than he does.

I went to Best Buy and got no service at all, I was very disappointed. All they wanted to do was sell me something new. I looked up other options and found the guy's at Island Inkjet In Markham. They were awesome! I took in my printer and they even fixed it for free- wow! I also got a great price on refills and lots of ink too. I wont go anywhere else- thanks again guys, keep up the good work. I will tell everyone I know. :)

The gentleman who works at this location is the best! He truly has a passion for serving and helping others. I go to the location on a regular for ink cartridges. My printer of 5 years just broke so I ended up going to this store to buy a brand new one. Great service and great prices! Recommend to everyone!!!!

Excellent customer service! The owner is so helpful and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond for each customer and has a good sense of humour! I have only ever had good experiences here. Excellent printer repair. I would never take my printer anywhere else. Good prices too!
