Kitchen Stuff Plus

I came here on Sunday to find a decent chef's knife with my husband and Michael was a HUGE help to us. It is rare to encounter some one enthusiastic about their job, and he did nothing but give us help and undivided attention the entire time. We ended up finding exactly what we needed. Thank you so much!

Lots of cool stuff in here. Nice and organized and helpful staff on hand. Take the time to browse the shelves. I found useful things I didn't even know I needed.

I was returning a tent made of fabric that was not in a good quality. A cashier was taking my return and asked what reason I returned the tent with an arrogant tone and dark face. However just 1 min ago, she’s biggg smiling to a couple who aren’t Asian. I think she might be a racism especially to Asian people. I tried to explain to the manager who stood beside. Wow that shocked me again. I can tell she’s not that good too. In this situation, usually if the manager was nice and humble, the customer is easy to be satisfied with the service coz the customer doesn’t want to argue with more people and she/he doesn’t want to look so mean. However I was so disappointed with the manager who doesn’t even care about customer’s feelings. She must fail in customer service’s test if there is one test. No wonder the cashier in her team was so unfriendly and arrogant! because the cashier just did what the manager did to their customers. Overall, I still like the store but not the service!

I love this store so much, first time visiting this location. Great layout,well stocked store and helpful friendly staff. Made the mistake of bringing my wife who loves this store as much as I do. We had fun, probably spent too much. ( we Did) , but a great experience, we found some unique items not common to other similar stores.
