Very good shop for hats ie. the name. They also sell more sports memorabilia , shirts, uniforms, track pants, and more with most of the big sports teams. I have had success with using their online delivery.

We've been a customer here for awhile now, but today's customer service was exceptional. Tennessee, the manager was able to solve a problem we had with a hat that we purchased and customized at another store (and was a gift for a friend). She was so helpful and efficient. Thank you, thank you!

Good people work here. However of youre going to order online and have it shipped to this location, theyre not going to email you and let you know when the order has arrived. You will have to go to the store every day to check for your self. So the people are good...but communication skills could be better for not just this location. But for Lids as a company.
