The couple that run this company have been there for me, every single time I needed help or raise a concern. They are caring, professional, and have high expectations of their own performance. They have just dealt with an unfortunate water leak on the lower level and took care of it in a middle of a night, within 30 min of a problem being reported. It seems to me as the previous, negative reviews were written for different company/people.
my building in brampton is now recently being run by a young couple that are turning the place around. I received new fridge within a week of asking, after asking the old supers for 4 years ! Not to mention cleanliness has been properly addressed keep it up.
