(December 23, 2018, 1:04 am)I shop here regularly for both easy and hard to find items. The variety of tooling far surpasses that of any of the retail chains hands down. Whether your looking for a common, new or unique part, I find if they don't have it which is rare, they completely make up for it in their customer service delivery and will get it in as soon as possible.
As far as customer service, they're always willing to go out of their way to help me find what I'm looking for but also suggest alternative options that might also work. Always a treat to visit the store to find something you'll need.
