I play rugby for the York lions and my body gets extremely sore after games and practises. I searched many places for a proper massage therapists, and I’m glad to say I have gladly found the one.

Amazing staffs. Very friendly and caring. Went in for a back pain. I had my company benefits. They took care of me well. The back massage is very good. No more pain.

Great place for physical rehabilitation. The staff are all friendly and helpful from the receptionists to the physiotherapists. This place is equipped with all the tools and the relentless staff to help you with your rehab. Very easy to get to and plenty of parking.

Very friendly and amazing staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience for all the services they offer. My first visit was very satisfying.
My message therapist made me feel comfortable and was mindful of any injuries and points that needed to be focused on - was better than any other massage I've gotten at a spa!

Was referred by co-worker, amazing center providing a variety of wellness services! I went in to get some chiropractic and massage work done on my back, couldn't be any happier! Initial application process was fairly easy considering I had insurance coverage. The staff are well coordinated, and they do a good job of following covid-19 safety practices which is especially important during these times! Cheers!
