Very kind, polite and efficient customer service. The photographer was strict about my positioning and facial expression (also advised me to remove my oversized hooped earrings) to ensure an acceptable, good looking passport photo was taken. The quality of the photos are absolutely amazing, and the price is extremely affordable.

Also, in the room that the passport photos are being taken, they do have a mirror on the wall, & multiple hair combs, hair brushes, bobby pins, etc were there for customer use ( I am not entirely sure if that is sanitary, but it is most definitely thoughtful, and I appreciated the option, as I imagine there are customers who would unexpectedly need those things ). Great service, great experience and most importantly great photos!

Friendly service, and pictures are within 15-20 mins. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the photos they took. After they take the picture, they will show it to you and ask if you like it.
Service is very honest too. I paid too much because I misunderstood the price (even though it was still less than what I would pay at any other photo center for 4 passport photos), and the nice lady returned me the extra cash back, stating that they only charged $15, not 20 for 4 CDN photos.

I've been going here for years and will continue to go back. Hope this shop stays open and well forever!

OK service and it's with a bit expensive price, especially for infant passport photo.
