(August 4, 2016, 7:12 am)To be honest, I've been to better pokestops. The parking lot is a good spot to U turn, since there's a sign specifically prohibiting U turns on the street. There have been allegations surrounding questionable business conduct by students in the area, but I don't know enough to confirm or deny.
On another note, the grass usually looks pretty well maintained. I'd like to know which landscaping company they use.
