TORONTO SUNFAY CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION INC.

I was referred to Hugo by a coworker. We were in the market to have our basement apartment gutted and have a new bathroom and kitchen installed. We had started the gutting of the project. During this point in time we had difficulty in finding a contractor that showed up when they had an appointment scheduled with us and if they did they were reasonable in their quote. I contacted Hugo, we arranged an appointment, he showed up on-time. Hugo is very polite, we discussed what we were looking to have done including moving drain pipes / installation of new ones / new wiring. Two weeks later received a quote, very reasonable and fair. He said he would start in a few months re how busy he was. He started exactly when he said, they always left the work site tidy and they produced a great deal if production on a daily basis. We choose some on own tiles and hardware/ Hugo said no problem. Hugo and his team were terrific to work with, always pleasant and professional.

It has been a great pleasure to work for Hugo and his crew. Every morning they arrived on time and tackled the task at hand. By the end of their long day, everything was left tidy until their return the next day. The basement exceeded our expectations with all the great lighting and the great living space that we will use for years to come. Not only did they exceed our expectations, but Hugo was a great consultant, who would advise us what would look good etc. In the event that we decided to add or change something, we were always met with Hugo’s positive attitude. He was very accommodating to last minute changes or add ons that we decided during the ongoing renovations.

I would say that I have had a very positive experience with this contractor. By far this is the best contractor that we have had come to our home. We had Hugo and the team tackle little projects around the home too with lighting fixture, door handles. By the end of the projects, all areas were thoroughly vacuumed and all the old fixtures were carried out by the contractor leaving the place completely spotless.

Hugo & his team were amazing!!! Extremely neat, tidy, efficient, fast, hard working & fairly priced. Our unfinished basement & upstairs bathroom were stunningly custom built to our exact desire right down to every last detail. We are very impressed. I highly recommend Sunfay for any renovations.
