Eddie and Michelle are fantastic! I have a westie that requires a specific cut for the breed and he comes back looking like he’s ready for a dog show! Our pup had a commercial shoot the day before the grooming appointment that Eddie and Michelle were extra attentive so that he was camera ready. I live downtown but make the trek up to Markham just because they’re so great.

Nothing but positive things to say about Eddie and Neighbourhound. Fantastic customer service and does excellent grooming. Our little shi-poo could be tricky, but Eddie keeps him calm and looking good! I highly recommend!!

Have been coming to NeighbourHound ( formerly pooches parlour) for a few years and absolutely love the service and care! Our pooch can be a handful when getting groomed but Eddie and his team are dog whisperers. Moved downtown but still make the trip up regularly. Nothing but good things to say to support this small business!

Pooches Parlour is professional and has respect to time. As a first time patron with my dog, they required me to fill in forms providing emergency information and preference of my dog ever needs to sell medical attention. They also required my dog's record of vaccinations so the dogs in the store are properly protected. They are clear about expectations of the patrons and the standards they hold themselves to as well.

They asked about my dog's personality and anything to watch out for if any. Asked to provide reference picture of the desired groom. As well as having plaques of fur length in house so it's easy for me to refer to.

They had great respect of my time and theirs by providing an update of when I can go pick up my pooch. My pooch received great feedback and that is nice to know.

The overall groom of my dog was done well. No cuts and no significant unevenness. Even my mother complimented how well the feet were done.

Pooches Parlour will be the regular groomer I go back to for sure.

Michelle and Eddie are delightful! They do great cuts, and have great relationships with their dogs and people! I trust them completely.
