Old Village Construction worked with us to transform our 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house into a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house and we couldn’t be happier.
The project included an over-the-garage addition, complete second floor overhaul, building a new front entrance, as well as opening and replacing the main walled-in staircase.
It was a long project with many elements, but they guided us through each step and made a potentially overwhelming experience a positive one. The core team was easy to work with and always available, and their overall pride of workmanship is evident. We originally contacted Old Village after some mould issues in the attic and ceilings. Friends used them for an addition and raved about them. After handling our attic insulation and cosmetic repairs, we were so happy with their quality, communication, and process that we worked with them on a larger closet/bathroom/windows job that also included redoing the floors and stairs, adding a fan, downspouts and eavestroughs, and additional items. Happy with the core team and all the subcontractors and installers. Minor unexpected issues were communicated, everything clearly outlined and scheduled and coordinated, and things handled. No hesitation to recommend this crew, and looking forward to working with them again.
