My third time there, great service from Peter and Leslie as usual. Their prices beat other shops, and they do great work. Also, they communicate quickly, as well as explain what needs to be done and why. (usually they even wash your car afterwards- I didn't get a car wash last time - not sure why) I highly recommend them for your car repair needs. Thanks!
Had to do a brake fluid change. Reasonably priced. Had Leslie work on my car. Very knowledgeable and the passion in his work does show and fantastic customer service. Explained what further repairs were needed as well as preventative maintenance. No pressure to fix any other repairs. Very clean shop. Mixed reviews about how the shop is not what it used to be but when I was there any doubts were proven false from past customer reviews. Definitely will be coming back for future needs.
Heard such great experiences from friends so decided to take in my 328i due to steering wheel vibration when braking or slowing down. Peter and Leslie we awesome with explaining in details what to expect for and gave me a reasonable price and estimated wait time was less than two hours!!
Overall was very happy with the work and dedication given by Peter.

Excellent service. I couldn't be happier with my car after picking it up from them.
I dropped my car off on a Tuesday night around 10pm for oil filter housing gasket and walnut blasting. The next morning around 8:30am I get a text from Leslie and his team detailing the results of their diagnosis, the work orders with relevant costs, and a timeline with when I can expect the car to be done. They were able to identify a handful of other items that needed some work and they provided enough detail to let me prioritize what needed to be done. They also keep with the times in terms of using tech, so I was able to approve the work on my phone.
All in all, Leslie and his team are very good about being in touch with you and are responsive to texts or calls if you need to speak to them, they know their way around BMWs very well, and are consummate professionals overall. They seem like good guys too. I won't hesitate to go back.
